Corporate Account Manager (Inside Sales)

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for meeting an assigned quota and assisting their Outside Sales partner(s) to drive revenue by helping to prospect within an assigned territory, follow up on Marketing leads, qualify accounts, demonstrate the MarkMonitor suite of services, writing proposals, managing sales opportunities from start to finish in the SMB market space.

The Corporate Account Manager is also responsible for following up on Marketing campaigns within their assigned territory.  Exceptional follow up and administrative skills are essential for success.  Another aspect of the Corporate Account Manager position is working with Outside Sales team member(s) to define and maximize revenue opportunities in an assigned territory.  Strong communication skills and experience in working in a team environment is a must.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years sales experience working for a high-tech software company, with a strong aptitude for technology. 1-2 years sales experience with security products is preferred
• Experience conducting software product demonstrations and sales presentations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Experience with working in a team sales environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
• Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at ease with Senior Executives and decision makers
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Capable of thinking creatively and making independent decisions
• Effective presentation skills
