John has been with MarkMonitor since April 2006 and in the last ten years, has grown from his initial responsibilities as Domain Client Services Manager (CSM) and Level 2 technical support to incorporate several additional responsibilities, including managing the SSL certificate business and providing internal-facing technical training on DNS and SSL. John’s deep understanding of DNS and SSL allows him to effectively communicate the more intricate composition of these complex mechanics and, in doing so, aids the entire team to work more effectively.
