During her stint at MarkMonitor, Kiran oversaw the legal, legislative, political and regulatory environment around brand ownership, representing the interests of MarkMonitor clients at ICANN through the Intellectual Property Constituency; at INTA as a member of the Internet Committee and at IACC as a member of the Internet Task Force. Kiran has taken a leading role defending brand and consumer interests on policy and advocacy issues related to the new gTLD program; Registrar accountability; accessibility of website ownership data and consumer fraud. She is a trademark attorney with experience in international and domestic trademark prosecution, litigation, anti-counterfeiting efforts and brand protection counseling.

With 8+ years of SaaS experience, Rudy helps Brand owners who applied for their own dotBrand TLDs to complete ICANN’s delegation and launch processes to get their TLDs online. He also assists with domain dispute complaints. In previous roles at MarkMonitor, Rudy has helped develop and manage customized Brand Protection solutions addressing: antipiracy, affiliate and partner compliance; online traffic diversion; domain IP infringements; retail and pharmaceutical counterfeits; social media brand abuse; and domain portfolio management including registrations, transfers, acquisitions and sales.

Olivia is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with third party platforms such as law enforcement authorities, search engines, marketplaces, social media platforms and mobile app stores globally. For over six years, Olivia has gained extensive technical knowledge in digital threats, having worked previously as a consultant in domain names and online brand protection, web security and competitive intelligence for Fortune 100 companies. Olivia holds a MA Hons in International Security & Defence and participated in several high-level trainings on cybersecurity at the NATO School Oberammergau in Germany and at the Military School and Institute for Higher National Defence Studies in Paris.

With over 14 years of experience, Chris Niemi is an expert in TLD operations and support. Chris currently manages a Domain Services team that provides ancillary services – domain recovery, domain sales, and New gTLD .Brand support – which enhance our clients’ domain portfolio management strategies. Since 2011, Chris has been deeply involved with the application, delegation and operational launch processes of New gTLDs, overseeing the integration and management of the 60+ .Brand TLDs for which we are providing registrar services. Chris holds an undergraduate degree in English from Harvard and a MBA in General Management from Gonzaga University School of Business Administration.

Charlie is a recognized and energetic executive with an established record of creating a strong European presence for leading global technology companies. His experience includes re-building and running the EMEA organization for Network General Corporation after its divesture from Network Associates, during which he grew the organization’s revenue significantly. Abraham’s prior experience also includes executive positions at Amdahl Corporation, IBM and Burroughs Machines. Based in London, Abrahams has a Master’s degree with honours in economics and sociology from Cambridge University and held a scholarship to King Edward’s School in Birmingham.
