Anthony is a Client Partnership Manager at MarkMonitor, who oversees  advisory services for Domain customers. These services include domain management, needs assessment, analyzing of customer data, consultative services, domain strategy and program support. His previous positions included Client Services Manager and Senior Client Services manager. These required in-depth knowledge of domain registrations, transfers, scheduled DNS updates, zone configuration and strategy guidance on Top Level Domains. His other responsibilities include writing news articles, new employee development, conducting DNS trainings and managing TLD launches.

Chrissie has over 15 years of experience in the business intelligence, brand protection and domain sector she has worked to develop the MarkMonitor brand internationally. Through her career, Chrissie has been responsible for the Marketing leadership and market development of major technology businesses such as Information Builders. Chrissie holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Hertfordshire University and a Post Graduate in Strategic Management from Hertfordshire Business School.

Matt brings over ten years of experience in the domain name industry and brand protection to MarkMonitor. He is a recognized authority on domain name issues who regularly advocates on behalf of corporate brand holders at ICANN meetings where he previously served on the Executive Committee of the Registrar Stakeholder Group. He also serves as a senior domain name consultant, working with MarkMonitor clients on portfolio consolidation, as well as domain name and online brand protection strategy development. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Pittsburgh.


Ricardo Pizzatto is a Strategic Account Manager at NetResult which works primarily in the online anti-piracy space. At NetResult, Ricardo is responsible for managing broadcaster client relationships across a wide and varied range of intellectual property rights. Joining NetResult in 2010, he led the development of the world’s first anti-piracy service to combat the damage done by illegal IPTV boxes, devising impactful and cost effective strategies to deal with illegal OTT services and set-top boxes. 

Jenni has over 12 years of experience in the Domain industry.  Most recently, she has provided strategic consultative services for MarkMonitor clients in the areas of new gTLD program strategy, domain portfolio right-sizing, and domain portfolio optimization.  Previous positions include experience as a Brand Protection Client Services Manager, managing strategies and tactical solutions for combatting counterfeit and grey market sales, trademark infringement and other online threats and Domain Provisioner, responsible for forming and maintaining relationships with domain name registries around the world.
