Darla brings over 25 years of experience building and maintaining all types of channel and partner programs. She manages clients worldwide to successfully protect their brands and reputations online, including auto manufacturers, hotel brands, open source web application companies, and clients in the entertainment industry. Darla has been providing support and analysis across all brand protection modules at Markmonitor for over nine years.
With over twelve years of brand protection experience, Joshua Hopping specializes in open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis aimed at uncovering the true identity and scope of online activity from threat actors infringing upon a company’s intellectual property. He is a pioneer in providing actionable intelligence that can be used to dismantle and disrupt the infringing actions of counterfeit networks, trademark/copyright/patent abusers, and phish kit developers.
Stefanie has over ten years’ experience in anti-fraud, brand protection and vendor relations, she has worked with a wide range of industries from financial to retail, manufacturing to social media. Stefanie has managed a team of Client Service Managers and Analysts supporting both the AntiFraud and Brand Protection Services in her tenure with MarkMonitor, and she has a deep knowledge of phishing fraud, grey area brand fraud/brand abuse, and the MarkMonitor customer user experience.
