Nancy has a background in client engagement and online IP enforcement and compliance. She is responsible for cultivating relationships and strategic partners for MarkMonitor’s Brand business.  She manages a variety of cross-functional projects and proactive outreach efforts with a focus on creating collaborative and mutually-beneficial relationships with ISPs, Marketplaces, Law Enforcement, Data Providers, and Social Media platforms. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling.  She is also a member of the IACC Regional Internet Committee focusing on both the Social Media and B2B/B2C Task Forces.

Nurgi has been with the MarkMonitor for 13 years.  She is responsible for managing all international relations with an emphasis on strategic relationship building and contract negotiations.  Nurgi often travels to ICANN held meetings and advocates on behalf of MarkMonitor clients.  Her prior role at MarkMonitor was Sr. Client Services Manager where she managed domain portfolios for Fortune 500 companies.  She has extensive experience with portfolio consolidations and industry best practices.

With 8+ years of SaaS experience, Rudy helps Brand owners who applied for their own dotBrand TLDs to complete ICANN’s delegation and launch processes to get their TLDs online. He also assists with domain dispute complaints. In previous roles at MarkMonitor, Rudy has helped develop and manage customized Brand Protection solutions addressing: antipiracy, affiliate and partner compliance; online traffic diversion; domain IP infringements; retail and pharmaceutical counterfeits; social media brand abuse; and domain portfolio management including registrations, transfers, acquisitions and sales.
