Charlie Abrahams

Charlie Abrahams

Charlie is a recognized and energetic executive with an established record of creating a strong European presence for leading global technology companies. His experience includes re-building and running the EMEA organization for Network General Corporation after its divesture from Network Associates, during which he grew the organization’s revenue significantly. Previously, he was hired by Plumtree Software (later acquired by BEA) to create the European business from scratch, signing on Global 100 customers and adding consulting services. Abraham’s prior experience also includes executive positions at Amdahl Corporation, IBM and Burroughs Machines. Based in London, Abrahams has a Master’s degree with honours in economics and sociology from Cambridge University and held a scholarship to King Edward’s School in Birmingham.

Akino is the Senior Brand Protection Product Marketing Manager for the MarkMonitor AntiFraud solutions. She started her career in public relations and marketing in London and has worked in Europe, Asia and the United States. She has led and served interim roles in global marketing strategies, product marketing, events management, public relations, corporate communications and regional marketing. Akino holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University College of London, a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and has trilingual fluency in English, Italian and Japanese.

Stefanie is AntiFraud Product Marketing Manager for the MarkMonitor AntiFraud Solutions. With over 10 years experience in anti-fraud, brand protection and vendor relations, she has worked with a wide range of industries from financial to retail, manufacturing to social media. Stefanie has managed a team of Client Service Managers and Analysts supporting both the AntiFraud and Brand Protection Services in her tenure with MarkMonitor, and she has a deep knowledge of phishing fraud, grey area brand fraud/brand abuse, and the MarkMonitor customer user experience.

Ron Guido

Ron Guido

Ron is President of LifeCare Services, LLC, a consulting firm in the health care industry specializing in marketing, business development, brand protection and supply chain management.

Ron has 36 years experience with Johnson & Johnson. He has held executive level positions in the areas of operations, sales, product, global marketing, new business development, information technology and general management. His most recent role was Vice President, Global Brand Protection and Supply Chain Integrity where his group was responsible for anti-counterfeiting programs and policies.

Chrissie is the Senior Director of Marketing and Global Communications for MarkMonitor and Thomson CompuMark. With over 15 years of experience in the business intelligence, brand protection and domain sector she has worked to develop the MarkMonitor brand internationally. Through her career, Chrissie has been responsible for the Marketing leadership and market development of major technology businesses such as Information Builders.

Chrissie holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Hertfordshire University and a Post Graduate in Strategic Management from Hertfordshire Business School.

Olesia Klevchuk

Olesia Klevchuk is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at MarkMonitor responsible for the Brand Protection and AntiPiracy suites of products. In her role, Olesia focuses on understanding challenges around brand protection, digital piracy and IP abuse faced by global brands both online and in the mobile space. Olesia has over 10 years of experience working in the IT sector helping global brands understand how technologies can improve their businesses. In more recent years she focused on ways online data and technologies can protect brands and intellectual property online.

Kiran Malancharuvil

Kiran Malancharuvil is the Policy Counselor for MarkMonitor, responsible for monitoring the legal, legislative, political and regulatory environment around brand ownership. She represents the interests of MarkMonitor clients at ICANN through the Intellectual Property Constituency; at INTA as a member of the Internet Committee and at IACC as a member of the Internet Task Force. Kiran has taken a leading role defending brand and consumer interests on policy and advocacy issues related to the new gTLD program; Registrar accountability; accessibility of website ownership data and consumer fraud. She is a trademark attorney with experience in international and domestic trademark prosecution, litigation, anti-counterfeiting efforts and brand protection counseling.

Rudy Mendoza

Rudy Mendoza

Rudy has been with MarkMonitor for 5 years and is currently a Domain Services Manager. In this role, Rudy helps Brand owners who applied for their own dotBrand TLDs to complete ICANN’s delegation and launch processes to get their TLDs online. In previous roles at MarkMonitor, he has helped develop and manage customized Brand Protection solutions addressing: antipiracy, affiliate and partner compliance; online traffic diversion; domain IP infringements; retail and pharmaceutical counterfeits; social media brand abuse; and domain portfolio management including registrations, transfers, acquisitions and sales.

Dan Morton

Dan Morton

Dan is a Product Marketing Manager for MarkMonitor. During the past five years he has focused on a wide range of issues including affiliate and partner compliance, online traffic diversion, trademark and search engine policy abuse in pay-per-click advertising, social media brand abuse and online celebrity impersonation. In his current role, Dan helps communicate details of MarkMonitor Brand Protection internally and externally with a special focus on topics related to partner compliance and pay-per-click advertising abuse.

Chris is the gTLD Program Manager for MarkMonitor. With over nine years of experience, he is an expert in TLD operations, having supported the New gTLD Program, TLD launches, domain portfolio research and domain name management. In his time at MarkMonitor, Chris has worked on multiple New gTLD applications, led teams of operations specialists that provided global ccTLD support and client-related research projects, executed the on-boarding process for several Fortune 1000 companies’ large ccTLD domain name portfolios, managed the full .CO [Colombia] launch from liberalization to general availability and delivered various other TLD-related support services.

Matt Serlin

Matt Serlin

Matt Serlin is Vice President, Client Services at MarkMonitor and brings over thirteen years of experience in the domain name and brand protection industries. He is responsible for all facets of the company’s global customer service and support operations for domain name, brand protection and anti-piracy services, including client, third-party registry and registrar relationships. As a recognized authority on domain name issues, Matt regularly advocates on behalf of corporate brand holders at ICANN meetings where he previously served on the Executive Committee of the Registrar Stakeholder Group. He also serves as a senior domain name consultant, working with MarkMonitor clients on portfolio consolidation, as well as domain name and online brand protection strategy development. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Pittsburgh.

Alison is Product Marketing Manager of Domain Management at MarkMonitor. With over 11 years of experience in the domain name industry, Alison has worked closely with several Fortune 1000 companies and has managed a team of Client Services Managers that provide support to MarkMonitor customers. Alison has managed all aspects of Corporate Domain Management including domain registration, domain maintenance, and domain strategy and implementation.
