How long have you worked at MarkMonitor, and what positions have you held?
I have worked at MarkMonitor for 11 years and was a Sr. Domain Client Services Manager/Training Specialist before I came to my current position as a Domain Services Manager, specializing in domain brokering.
What’s a typical work day like for you?
A typical day consists of advising clients with regards to domain purchases and domain owners, which means reaching out to domain owners and vendors worldwide. I also spend a great deal of time assessing domain names to provide our clients information about domains they are interested in and provide an idea of market value.
What do you find rewarding about your job?
I really enjoy when I’m successful helping client’s purchase domain names for new products or launches, especially under budget!
What do you find to be the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of my job is working within the ever changing domain landscape and also tight deadlines.
What is the most interesting experience you have had while working at MarkMonitor?
I’ve really enjoyed getting to know people from our offices around the world through providing training. We have an incredible team!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
My favorite thing to do is hang out with my husband and kids!
