London, [24 September 2025] – Com Laude, the London-headquartered supplier of corporate domain services owned by PX3 Partners, announces today that it is acquiring Markmonitor in a landmark carve-out transaction from Newfold Digital. This transformative transaction will create a leading global provider of elevated customer service, advanced tools and bespoke services for corporate domain clients, with a total enterprise value of c. $450 million.  

For the past 25 years, both Com Laude and Markmonitor have been recognized as the industry’s “white glove” corporate domain experts, providing innovative, security-conscious domain and brand protection solutions for many of the largest and best-known brands and companies around the world. 

Upon closing, Markmonitor and Com Laude will join forces to create a company that is even more focused, more committed, and more capable of serving the needs of corporate clients—in short, a corporate registrar ‘dream team’ and industry-leading service powerhouse. This transformative combination will provide enormous value for clients, as Com Laude and Markmonitor will focus on developing a suite of new innovative AI-based services, while expanding on the expert advice and flexible solutions they each currently provide to their clients.

Benjamin Crawford, CEO of Com Laude, will serve as CEO of the enlarged group, with Stu Homan remaining as Head of Markmonitor.
